About the role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator with deep expertise in ServiceNow, especially in configuring and managing the CMDB. The role focuses on ensuring platform reliability, data quality, and seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain ServiceNow with a strong emphasis on CMDB accuracy.
• Support day‑to‑day platform usage, guaranteeing proper configuration and high data quality.
• Develop, manage, and deploy new ServiceNow features and enhancements.
• Implement and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Systems Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Proven hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development, management, and deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities.
