Account Manager – Seller Acquisition

About the role

As an Account Manager at AUTODOC, you will be the primary link between our fast‑growing online automotive marketplace and new sellers. Based in Lisbon, you will drive seller acquisition, onboarding and ongoing success, helping partners expand their reach across 27 European countries.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively cold‑call and acquire new sellers, clearly communicating the value of joining AUTODOC’s platform.
• Guide newly signed sellers through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they are ready to sell quickly.
• Provide strategic consultation to understand sellers’ business goals and recommend actions to optimise their marketplace performance.
• Analyse seller performance data, identify improvement areas and work with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions.
• Educate sellers on marketplace tools, trends and best practices, delivering ongoing support to maximise their success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in fast‑paced commercial environments.
• Hands‑on background in e‑Commerce with a solid grasp of online marketplace dynamics.
• At least 2 years in a similar role with consistent performance and growth.
• Experience in seller onboarding or support is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Very good English proficiency (minimum C1 level).

Required skills

• Familiarity with seller portal tools and marketplace dashboards.
