Server – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Server role is the front‑line ambassador of the Hard Rock experience, guiding guests through a memorable dining journey. You will combine hospitality, product knowledge and entertainment to ensure every guest leaves as a raving fan.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and handle cash and electronic payments.
• Verify identification for guests appearing under 25 and practice responsible alcohol service.
• Utilize the point‑of‑sale system to process sales accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product recommendations, suggestive selling and answer guest inquiries politely.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and perform opening, closing and side duties.
• Communicate effectively with team members and direct guests to facilities.
• Uphold safety, sanitation and uniform standards while delivering a positive attitude.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, standing, bending and lifting for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and basic payment processing.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and ID verification.
