Second Shift Table Server – Citrus

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Second Shift Table Server to join the Citrus restaurant team at the Lisbon Marriott Hotel. You will serve food and beverages, ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests, set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer menu questions, communicate with the kitchen about orders, allergies and special requests.
• Record transactions in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks to guests.
• Check in with guests throughout the service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Technical knowledge appropriate to the position, including use of the MICROS system.
• Proactive, creative and flexible mindset with strong teamwork, planning and time‑management skills.
