P2P Associate – French Speaker

About the role

The P2P Associate will support the Procure‑to‑Pay process for Sodexo Business Services in Portugal, focusing on invoice handling and ensuring smooth financial operations. Fluency in French and strong English communication are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Enter or enrich invoice details in the system.
• Perform invoice and credit note matching.
• Process non‑PO invoices as required.
• Manage SAP workflow interface errors.
• Respond to internal queries related to invoicing.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in a finance‑related field.
• Up to 1.5 years of professional experience (including internships).
• Proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of basic finance concepts.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Attention to quality and alignment with company values.
• Willingness to learn, critical thinking and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for invoice processing.
• Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
