Key Account Manager – Media Streaming

About the role

Bedrock is looking for a Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with its media streaming clients. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal product and technology teams, helping customers evolve their streaming strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate strategic client meetings such as Steering Committees.
• Manage the commercial relationship, including monthly billing, pricing of additional requests, and coordination with Finance for budgeting and financial planning.
• Prepare quotations for specific projects and ensure day‑to‑day interactions respect contractual and commercial terms.
• Monitor overall account health by analysing performance, client satisfaction, and business alignment, delivering actionable insights.
• Participate in operational meetings with clients and internal teams, representing client priorities and ensuring alignment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in business or management.
• 2‑3 years of proven key account management experience.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a tech‑driven environment or media company.
• Experience in the streaming media industry is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English.
