IT Support & JIRA Administrator

About the role

BrainRocket is seeking an IT Support & JIRA Administrator to optimise and scale its internal project‑management infrastructure. You will translate complex business needs into efficient JIRA configurations, integrate tools, and maintain a robust environment that enables high‑performance delivery across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with internal clients to gather and document requirements.
• Analyse existing processes and propose JIRA‑based optimisations.
• Set up projects, boards, workflows, permissions and other JIRA functionalities.
• Integrate JIRA with complementary tools and systems.
• Create and maintain documentation on configuration and usage.
• Provide training, technical support and conduct regular system audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with JIRA.
• Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and methodologies.

Required skills

• JIRA configuration and administration.
• Python programming (optional but beneficial).
