HR Business Partner / HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to join a leading aerospace manufacturer in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role focuses on aligning human‑resources strategies with business objectives and driving talent and organizational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with the company’s business goals.
• Lead talent‑management, succession planning and leadership‑development programs.
• Manage employee‑relations matters, conduct internal investigations and ensure legal compliance.
• Drive organizational‑change initiatives and improve employee engagement.
• Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, productivity and climate to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, organizational development and change management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
