About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will support Winchester Interconnect across all core HR functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, training, reporting, and payroll processes while maintaining compliance with U.S. labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection activities, from posting to candidate coordination.
• Coordinate employee training programs and manage induction processes for new hires.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Provide staff orientation and address day‑to‑day HR inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal U.S. labor laws in all HR practices.
• Support payroll processing, including handling of leaves and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Labor Relations.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in payroll administration.
• Demonstrated experience with payroll processing and management of labor leaves.
• Bilingual communication abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, planning, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ADP payroll system (Lyric desirable).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
