Talent Sourcer

About the role

As a Talent Sourcer at Ivy Partners, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for our clients across technology and business functions. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition partners and business managers to understand hiring needs and promote the company’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Business Managers to define hiring needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop and enhance the employer brand to attract top talent and keep the talent pipeline replenished.
• Create and execute diverse sourcing methods for each opening, including online campaigns, internal referrals, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline for current and future positions.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
