Junior Back-End Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Back-End Developer to join a small, high‑performing engineering team. You will own and deliver key parts of our backend infrastructure from day one, working on scalable APIs, databases, and real‑time data flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable API infrastructure.
• Design, optimise, and manage relational databases.
• Develop and support distributed systems with real‑time execution requirements.
• Collaborate closely with a tight‑knit team of 3–4 engineers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of backend development experience.
• Self‑starter who delivers tasks from start to finish without constant supervision.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments and communicates effectively.
• High standards for code quality and a collaborative attitude.
