Amazon Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Amazon Logistics Coordinator to own all logistics activities within the Amazon ecosystem for a fast‑growing sustainable brand. You will manage FBA inbound shipments, Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) operations, and Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) shipments from Asian suppliers, ensuring products arrive on time and at the right cost.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimise FBA inbound shipment plans across EU, UK, US and CA marketplaces.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with 3PLs, freight forwarders and Amazon.
• Monitor inbound performance metrics and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment flows within AWD and coordinate transfers to FBA fulfilment centres.
• Optimise AWD usage to balance storage costs with product availability.
• Coordinate ocean and air shipments through AGL, track end‑to‑end, and compare rates with alternative freight options.
• Plan and execute transfers from external 3PL warehouses into Amazon’s network, aligning timing with demand planning.
• Track logistics costs, monitor overstock levels and report to the Supply Chain manager.

Required profile

• Hands‑on execution mindset with ownership of end‑to‑end Amazon logistics.
• Experience coordinating with 3PL partners, freight forwarders and Amazon services.
• Strong attention to cost control and inventory optimisation.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with supply‑chain and demand‑planning teams.
