Plant Supply Chain Interface Coordinator

About the role

The Plant Supply Chain Interface Coordinator will act as the key liaison between Airbus purchasing organisations and the A320 final‑assembly lines in Hamburg and Toulouse. You will help anticipate and prevent missing parts, ensure on‑dock dates match aircraft production schedules, and support shipping activities across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with supply organisations, production interfaces, logistics coordinators and warehouse operators.
• Analyse data and use supply‑chain tools to identify potential part shortages and trigger corrective actions.
• Coordinate shipping activities between Hamburg and final‑assembly sites for all Airbus programmes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on‑dock dates with aircraft production plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working within the Supply Chain Interface Coordination Team.
