Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and make them feel instantly at ease.
• Take orders, serve dishes, and provide confident menu recommendations.
• Maintain a seamless floor flow by anticipating needs before they are voiced.
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen staff to ensure accurate delivery of food and drinks.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and minor issues with calm, friendly problem‑solving.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for action.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to create a strong team rhythm.

Required profile

• Natural hospitality feel with a passion for creating memorable moments.
• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with people.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing composure.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and pride in a clean work environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive team.
