Tech People Recruiter

About the role

GRiT® is looking for a Tech People Recruiter to attract and engage top tech talent. You will partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, craft compelling job ads, and source candidates using innovative strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify high‑potential candidates for IT roles using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment plans and clear job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Continuously improve sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Problem‑solving abilities to navigate recruitment challenges.
