Team Lead – Data Operations (ODC)

About the role

Veeva is looking for a Team Lead to manage a remote data‑operations team of more than 50 freelancers. You will own large‑scale data generation pipelines, design business processes and drive continuous improvement and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic remote team of approx. 50, fostering a proactive, high‑performing environment at scale.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into operational workflows to accelerate web research, enhance data quality and drive automation.
• Take full ownership of team KPIs, ensuring daily targets for data quality and volume are met.
• Partner closely with engineering to build, test and scale innovative AI‑driven tooling and process automation.
• Drive implementation of quality and efficiency projects that enable the team to operate as a cohesive unit.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to lead with a “can‑do” attitude and a genuine interest in people management.
• Results‑oriented, analytical and organized, able to communicate effectively with leadership, analysts, engineers and researchers.
• Comfortable working remotely and autonomously in an international environment.
