Senior Team Lead - ODC

About the role

Veeva Link aims to build connected data applications that improve research and patient outcomes. As a Senior Team Lead you will manage a remote team of 50+ freelancers executing large‑scale data generation pipelines, designing processes and driving technology improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Empower and scale a large organization of 50+ remote freelancers.
• Drive operational excellence by owning KPIs and delivering measurable results.
• Champion continuous improvement through quality and efficiency projects.
• Pioneer AI‑driven solutions to accelerate web research and enhance data quality.
• Shape the technology landscape by collaborating with engineering to build tooling and automate processes.
• Proactively manage risk by identifying and escalating incidents early.

Required profile

• 5+ years of people leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring and scaling high‑performing teams.
• Hands‑on expertise in business process design, management and optimization.
• 3‑5 years of operational or data‑driven experience complementing leadership skills.
• Comfortable working remotely in a diverse, fast‑paced international environment.
