Supply Chain Junior Consultant (Remanufacturing & Manufacturing)

About the role

Excelia is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Junior Consultant to support remanufacturing and manufacturing projects. You will work in a flexible hybrid model, collaborating with multiple functional departments to improve supply chain processes and meet future demand.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in supply chain projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Help define and implement best‑practice processes, standards, and excellence frameworks.
• Support functional teams in change implementation and project execution.
• Assist in setting and applying supply chain management standards.
• Contribute to system development and rollout of SCM‑related IT solutions.
• Manage KPI and OPI definition, demand coordination structures, and benefit databases.
• Develop supply chain solutions that satisfy customer and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Supply Chain Junior Consultant or in a similar role focused on remanufacturing/manufacturing.
• Experience with global material flow management and related processes.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work in a multinational environment.

Required skills

• SAP EWM – understanding of processes and basic design.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
