Specialist GPS Product Supply Operations

About the role

The Specialist GPS Product Supply Operations ensures end‑to‑end monitoring of purchase orders for GPS products, supporting business units and markets to achieve on‑time in‑full (OTIF) delivery. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and resolving issues throughout the order lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business control processes, translating risks and opportunities into actionable plans.
• Monitor PO change requests, identify potential delays, shortages, or shipping mode adjustments.
• Adapt global processes to local market needs and drive market‑specific initiatives.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, manage corrective and preventive actions with cross‑functional teams, and track them to closure.
• Provide weekly operational reporting, escalations, and decision‑ready summaries to stakeholders.
• Maintain governance on priorities and escalations to ensure fast decision‑making.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects, including process standardisation, automation, and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
• 1‑3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in accessories, apparel or footwear.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and work collaboratively.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP.
• Familiarity with internal supply chain planning and execution software.
