Business Analyst – Remote Contract (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a global logistics organisation on a six‑month contract. The role is fully remote and will support large‑scale operational and technology initiatives across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements from operations, technology and product stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements sessions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and QA teams to ensure accurate delivery of requirements.
• Support process analysis and improvement initiatives within logistics and supply‑chain workflows.
• Assist with UAT planning, execution and defect management.
• Create and maintain documentation, business cases and solution proposals.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Fluent English communication.
