Senior Specialist – Procurement Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Procurement Digital Transformation you will drive the design and execution of digital initiatives that modernise the procurement function across the organisation. You will act as the bridge between procurement teams, IT and the D&I Hub to ensure that digital solutions deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and rollout of procurement digitalisation projects, using both classic and agile project‑management approaches.
• Integrate digital procurement initiatives into strategic planning, securing leadership commitment and necessary resources.
• Lead implementation of digital projects, coordinating with IT and D&I Hub and aligning with the procurement roadmap.
• Collaborate with procurement families, business process owners and technical teams to gather requirements and build in‑house solutions with tools such as ABBYY, Dataiku, Knime, RPA and Winshuttle.
• Design no‑code/low‑code applications that enhance procurement KPIs through analytics and targeted investments.
• Create and maintain digital procurement guidance, templates, prioritisation matrices, business cases and risk‑analysis frameworks.
• Establish a digital risk‑management framework and deliver training to enable effective use of digital tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital solutions, with at least 3 years focused on procurement.
• Proven track record of delivering global, cross‑functional digital projects.
• Strong digital mindset, curiosity for innovative technologies and AI.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
