About the role

Körber is seeking a Maintenance Operator to support production facilities within its Supply Chain business area. You will perform technical tasks related to equipment operation and first‑line maintenance while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Start and stop production equipment according to schedule.
• Carry out routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, visual inspection, and minor mechanical or electrical corrections.
• Monitor and report the status of safety systems and equipment history in SAP.
• Participate in team troubleshooting sessions and daily meetings with customers.
• Communicate operational activities and incidents to supervisors.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar maintenance or operational role.
• Professional training in electromechanical maintenance.
• Availability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts.
• Ability to solve day‑to‑day problems using available information.
• Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and work teams.
