Senior HR Generalist (m/f/d) – Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join a leading international organisation operating in the technology sector. In this strategic position you will act as a trusted HR partner, supporting managers and employees across the full employee life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices to managers and staff.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, internal mobility and off‑boarding processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to attract top technology talent.
• Handle employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and support talent growth.
• Contribute to employee engagement programmes and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyse HR metrics, prepare reports and participate in projects to improve processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a technology environment.
• Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is an advantage.
