Senior AI Engineer

About the role

Accenture Digital Core is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, operate and troubleshoot end‑to‑end data and machine‑learning pipelines in production. You will work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment, delivering secure and scalable AI solutions for financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain batch and streaming pipelines using Spark and PySpark.
• Integrate, monitor and troubleshoot ML/AI models on Azure platforms (Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse).
• Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Develop production‑grade code in Python, SQL, JSON/YAML and manage version control with Git.
• Use ML experimentation tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases and Databricks ML.
• Ensure observability through logs, metrics, alerts and apply idempotent processing.
• Apply data validation, access control (RBAC) and secure data handling.
• Collaborate with backend, platform and business teams in an Agile setting.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in data/AI production environments.
• Proven experience in incident support and operational stability.
• Professional English (C1) with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex problems.
