Senior Account Manager

About the role

The KA Consulting Group is seeking a highly organized, people‑first Senior Account Manager to support a growing portfolio of executive thought‑leadership, personal branding, and strategic communications clients. This fully remote, part‑time position (20 hours/week) offers the chance to work directly with CEOs, founders, and senior executives across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Manage day‑to‑day client communication, taking clear notes and ensuring follow‑through on action items.
• Support the development of client strategies, content plans, presentations, and proposals.
• Draft polished client emails, summaries, and follow‑up messages.
• Organize project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and next steps.
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and leadership to keep work moving.
• Handle multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines while anticipating client needs.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in client‑facing conversations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Clear, polished writer capable of producing strong emails and presentations.
• Comfortable working with senior‑level executives and B2B clients.
• Strategic, proactive, and able to think several steps ahead.
• Calm under pressure with fast deadlines and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Emotionally intelligent, professional, and solutions‑oriented.
