About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow the global digital presence of a fast‑moving, mission‑driven tech product. The role is fully remote and offers significant autonomy to define priorities, shape growth strategy, and engage a highly technical community.
Key responsibilities
- Own performance of all digital channels – website, SEO, email, paid media, and social platforms – with clear growth and conversion targets.
- Design, launch, and analyse end‑to‑end campaigns aligned with product launches and business priorities.
- Develop and execute SEO and content strategies to boost organic visibility and reduce reliance on paid acquisition.
- Manage lifecycle email programs (onboarding, updates, retention, re‑engagement) and optimise key engagement metrics.
- Oversee paid media activities, allocate budget efficiently, and continuously optimise for ROI.
- Monitor, report and translate digital performance data into actionable insights.
- Engage and grow presence in developer‑focused communities such as forums, Reddit, YouTube, and open‑source spaces.
- Run experiments on new growth channels including referrals, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.
Required profile
- Proven hands‑on experience managing SEO, paid media, email and content channels with direct ownership of outcomes.
- Strong analytical ability to build dashboards, interpret funnel metrics and derive insights independently.
- Excellent copywriting for technical or highly informed audiences.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- High autonomy, initiative and ability to prioritize without close supervision.
- Background in tech, developer‑focused or open‑source products is a strong plus.
