Sales Representative / Showroom Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Showroom Consultant to join our Porto showroom. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, showcasing premium wellness and relaxation products and helping customers find the best solution for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom.
• Demonstrate massage chairs, massage sofas and other wellness products.
• Explain product features and guide customers to appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a premium customer experience and build trust.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
• Support showroom organization, visual standards and local promotional activities.
• Identify and develop B2B opportunities with hotels, offices, wellness centres, clinics, retailers and other partners.
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations and networking events.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working with premium products and high‑end clients.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Interest in business development and partnership building.
