Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

Revive is expanding its residential real‑estate portfolio in Portugal and seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive commercial performance and shape the brand locally. You will work closely with the Revive Portugal team, local partners, and the international Go‑to‑Market team in Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance by monitoring targets, maintaining pipeline discipline, and ensuring sales momentum across two live projects.
• Build Revive’s brand in Portugal by coordinating local marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency, and managing budgets versus forecasts.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, acting as the liaison between HQ and local commercial and marketing teams.
• Provide regular reporting on KPIs, project milestones, and market dynamics to keep stakeholders aligned.

Required profile

• Solid commercial background in residential real‑estate sales or commercial management.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Highly autonomous, growth‑mindset, and able to work independently with integrity.
• Versatile, comfortable operating across commercial, marketing, and operational functions; international exposure is a plus.
