About the role

Reckon.ai is looking for a Sales Manager to drive new business and nurture existing relationships with retail and FMCG customers. You will guide clients from onboarding through adoption and renewal, turning them into long‑term partners for our AI‑powered autonomous store solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Land, own and manage relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients in retail, leisure and B&I.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for account growth, upsell and expansion.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of Reckon.ai’s solutions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers maximise the value and impact of the platform.
  • Monitor customer health, usage and performance metrics; anticipate and address risks.

Required profile

  • 4‑8 years of experience in B2B sales or new business development, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Hunter mentality with a proven track record of winning new accounts.
  • Ability to build business cases and perform business modelling.
  • Experience selling hardware or SaaS technology to retail or FMCG clients.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, fluent in English (French or German a plus).
  • Based in Portugal (near Porto) or the Netherlands.
