About the role

The Sales Lead will be responsible for executing the sales plan for the assigned area, focusing on customer acquisition, loyalty, retention and satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales & Distribution Director, you will lead the sales team, account managers and sub‑distributors to maximise performance of the Novadis portfolio and SCC sell‑out.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse the local market, identify trends, barriers and opportunities, and adapt business strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement prospecting strategies tailored to the regional competitive landscape.
  • Monitor key competitors and propose proactive measures to differentiate the company’s offerings.
  • Define, measure and track commercial objectives by client and account manager to ensure overall results.
  • Ensure prospecting visits to relevant clients and monitor the plans of Account Managers and Sales Representatives.
  • Implement initiatives from the SCC brands execution plan and visibility actions to increase turnover.
  • Monitor quality indicators for SCC products to maintain high consumer satisfaction.
  • Analyse client performance and sales targets by customer, sales representative and account manager.
  • Oversee sales policy execution, route planning and compliance with visit frequency guidelines.
  • Manage sub‑distributors to maximise total revenue (Novadis + sub‑distributors).

Required profile

  • Proven ability to lead, develop and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills for market and performance analysis.
  • Experience in defining and tracking commercial objectives.
  • Capability to manage sub‑distributors and coordinate multi‑channel sales activities.
