Reporting & Capex Controller – Digital Finance

About the role

The Reporting & Capex Controller for Digital will be the single source of truth for financial data within Airbus Digital's Information Systems area. You will ensure accurate investment reporting, support charge‑back processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting for Digital's IS activities, focusing on CapEx investments.
• Build system extracts, verify data consistency, and organise monthly review cycles with business comments and actions.
• Approve and monitor purchase orders related to investments and analyse deviations from the investment plan.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to deepen understanding of Digital financial data and propose improvement initiatives.
• Support the definition and execution of the charge‑back model, coordinating with business controllers and the Integrated Finance team.
• Assist with controlling processes, champion digital transformation, and help automate workflows.

Required profile

• Business Management education in Finance or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in financial controlling or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to switch between high‑level and detailed views.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, proactive problem‑solver, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to build trustful relationships in a remote‑work environment.

Required skills

• Full mastery of Google Suite.
