Business Analyst – Risk & Finance Analytics

About the role

The Business Analyst will join the Risk & Finance Analytics (RFA) team in Lisbon, supporting the data‑warehouse that feeds risk, finance and asset‑liability‑management reporting for BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. The role ensures data quality, manages access rights, provides first‑line support to end‑users and assists project teams across RFA, International Reporting (IR2) and Master Data Management environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user access rights and coordinate closing calendars.
• Maintain reference data and oversee data production monitoring and control.
• Provide first‑level support to end‑users and handle documentation management.
• Execute operational permanent controls and support LS team on project‑management tasks.
• Define, execute and validate test plans for system changes.
• Document validation statements, release notes and data models.
• Monitor and control data loading processes for production runs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement group‑level evolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience as a business or functional analyst in administration and support.
• Experience in test‑plan definition, execution and validation.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
