Recruitment Consultant – Business Development (HR Tech/ATS)

About the role

Join bloomie's Business Development team to combine your recruitment expertise with a high‑energy sales approach. You will help SMEs adopt a modern, digital recruitment platform by turning cold outreach into lasting commercial partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and close new SME clients, converting leads into active partnerships.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify hiring bottlenecks and position bloomie's solution.
• Manage a data‑driven sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities through strategic outreach and market intelligence.
• Deliver digital product demonstrations that showcase how the platform streamlines recruitment workflows.
• Maintain accurate activity records and forecasts in HubSpot CRM.

Required profile

• Professional experience in recruitment or staffing with a solid understanding of the hiring lifecycle.
• Strong passion for B2B sales and cold outreach, with a proven track record of phone‑based prospecting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for pitching digital services to business owners and HR leaders.
• Result‑oriented mindset, thriving in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, meeting KPIs, or working as a 360° recruiter.
