Receptionist – Front Desk at Lisbon Residence

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at a Lisbon residence. You will be the first point of contact for residents, guests and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience during busy operational periods.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests and visitors, providing a courteous and professional first impression.
• Manage front‑desk and telephone enquiries, handling requests and issues with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Support check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently, especially during peak times.
• Perform administrative tasks, handle correspondence and keep internal documentation up to date.
• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Operations teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Monitor building access, manage keys and ensure compliance with residence service standards.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and values through excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception or front‑desk roles, preferably in hospitality, student accommodation or other customer‑focused environments.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
• High level of responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially during peak periods.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
