Project Manager – Health Data Programme

About the role

Promptly is building a patient‑centered global evidence network that enables real‑world data sharing and monetisation. As a Project Manager you will lead a cross‑functional initiative that brings together patients, clinicians and technology teams to deliver a federated health data programme.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines and success metrics.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Track deliverables and milestones across workstreams involving patients, clinicians and business stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance, flagging deviations proactively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners and user groups.
• Manage relationships with sponsors, executives and other stakeholders, providing regular status updates.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience, preferably in health‑technology or data‑driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Structured, delivery‑oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder settings.
• Comfortable working without a technical background while understanding technical constraints.
