About the role
The Project Assistant will support the Powertrain Project Management department within Vestas Technology & Operations. Working closely with the Module Owner, Module Program Manager and sub‑module owners, the role combines administrative assistance with project planning support to ensure smooth execution of powertrain development projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the calendar of the Module Owner and coordinate meeting logistics, including travel arrangements and room bookings.
- Organise Powertrain management meetings and strategy sessions, handling all practical aspects.
- Process administrative tasks such as purchase request approvals and SAP approvals on behalf of the Module Owner.
- Prepare analyses, performance reports and dashboards related to Powertrain metrics.
- Assist Project Managers with project planning activities, data collection and status updates.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience supporting senior managers or project teams is preferred.
Required skills
- SAP for purchase and approval processes.
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and calendar management.
