About the role

Join a dynamic, international team in Lisbon as a Polish Customer Support Specialist. You will interact with customers via phone, email, live chat and other channels, providing accurate information, solving issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional assistance through phone, email, live chat and other support channels.
• Answer questions about products, services, orders, accounts, payments, deliveries and general requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Guide customers through processes and platforms, ensuring information is easy to understand.
• Handle complaints and concerns with a positive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Document interactions, actions taken and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or urgent cases to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues within required timeframes.
• Meet KPIs related to satisfaction, response time, productivity and resolution rates.

Required profile

• Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2) language skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset eager to grow in customer service.
