Personalisation Manager

About the role

The Personalisation Manager will execute and support client personalisation initiatives within VML’s global framework, working closely with the Personalisation Lead to deliver data‑driven customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day operations for the global personalisation roadmap.
• Identify and act on high‑impact personalisation opportunities.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies and resources to ensure on‑schedule delivery.
• Track and report ROI and performance metrics for personalisation campaigns.
• Prepare and present performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Apply Personalisation‑Led Growth (PLG) principles in daily execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, configure, execute and analyse personalisation initiatives.
• Support the operational infrastructure for continuous personalisation improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience executing personalisation or customer‑experience initiatives.
• Ability to work within an established framework and follow detailed implementation guidelines.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on measurable business value.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with client and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach to work with cross‑functional teams and the Personalisation Lead.
