Office Coordinator – Lisbon

About the role

Verisure is looking for a proactive Office Coordinator to support the wellbeing of its growing Lisbon team. Reporting to the Director of Lisbon operations, you will ensure the office runs smoothly for roughly 100 employees and help shape a positive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise internal and external events, including travel, accommodation and agenda preparation.
• Act as liaison with the facilities manager to guarantee workspace readiness, equipment availability and overall office functionality.
• Handle physical mail and packages, and maintain inventory of IT equipment and other employee‑related items.
• Manage facility‑related contracts and ensure the office remains presentable throughout the day.
• Purchase office amenities and stationery as needed.
• Support HR with employee onboarding tasks such as preparing starter packs, laptops, IT access requests and office introductions.
• Assist managers in arranging and preparing training sessions.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis related to office management.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
• Hands‑on experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Resourceful, autonomous and able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to prioritize requests.
• People‑oriented attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with the team.
