Marketing Intern

About the role

Join Emma – The Sleep Company’s fast‑growing international Marketing team as a Marketing Intern. You will work on real projects that help position Emma as the world’s leading sleep brand, gaining hands‑on experience across several marketing disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Support market‑specific marketing by adapting global strategies, managing local channels and creating localized content.
• Assist performance marketing teams with campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to product marketing by analysing category, product and consumer data, and providing insights for product launches.
• Help shape global brand initiatives, track KPIs and ensure consistent brand implementation.
• Manage influencer relationships, execute campaigns and monitor performance against global goals.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing or related university program.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch) are a plus.
• Previous experience in marketing tasks such as market research, campaign execution or data analysis.
• Strong analytical ability, quick learner, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
