Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a global, data‑driven team. In this fully remote position you will turn large‑scale marketing and campaign data into actionable insights that shape user acquisition, optimisation and budget decisions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver detailed analytical reports on marketing campaigns, highlighting optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor daily marketing KPIs, detect anomalies and investigate performance trends.
• Design, run and evaluate A/B tests, providing statistically‑sound recommendations.
• Improve and maintain attribution models, LTV frameworks and performance measurement methodologies.
• Develop actionable insights to enhance targeting strategies and overall ROI.
• Optimise reporting systems and budgeting tools for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mathematical, economics or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical thinking with solid foundation in statistical analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, remote‑first environment.
• Prefer candidates based in APAC or nearby time zones with at least 3 hours overlap with the team.
