Maritime Logistics Driver – Lisbon, Portugal

About the role

Wilhelmsen is seeking a proactive Maritime Logistics Driver to support its maritime operations in Lisbon. You will be responsible for transporting spare parts, equipment and documentation between ports, vessels, airports and other logistics sites, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute deliveries and collections across airports, ports, vessels and operational locations.
• Verify shipping and dangerous‑goods documentation, and support customs paperwork when required.
• Load and unload goods safely, maintaining accurate shipment records, delivery confirmations and vehicle logs.
• Communicate with port authorities, agents, warehouse teams and vessel crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to transport regulations, safety procedures and company standards.
• Provide general operational and administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Responsible, proactive and hands‑on attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mainly outdoors and on a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend per month.
• Legal right to work in Portugal.
