About the role

proSapient is expanding its Lisbon office and seeks a Manager, Client Services to own a team, a client portfolio, and the commercial outcomes that come with both. This senior role sits at the intersection of people leadership, client strategy, and delivery performance, shaping how the team operates and defining excellence for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of multiple fast‑moving projects, ensuring quality, speed and consistency.
• Coach and support Project Leads on complex, niche, or time‑sensitive briefs.
• Use performance data to identify delivery issues early and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards across compliance, process and client experience.
• Act as senior point of contact for clients, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts, expand into new funds or regions, and deepen partnerships.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of client‑services professionals, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Plan team capacity and resourcing to meet demand without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating in high‑pressure, target‑focused environments.
• Strong people‑leadership background with a track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at senior levels.
• Commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities.
