Junior Financial Controller

About the role

Quadrante is expanding its Global Finance team and seeks a Junior Financial Controller based in Alfragide. You will support and control financial activities across multiple markets, gaining exposure to a diverse international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of the annual budget and forecast processes, collaborating with all markets.
• Monitor and analyse deviations against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and trends.
• Assist in the monthly reporting process for entities and business units.
• Prepare monthly reports for the Executive Committee.
• Monitor CAPEX execution.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and performance indicators.
• Maintain and improve operational control tools (sales, production, costs) and business monitoring dashboards.
• Support profitability analysis of business units in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and the simplification of financial processes.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience in similar roles, preferably in consulting, audit, or multinational environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is valued.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of autonomy, dynamism, and planning capability.
