Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Results‑oriented, committed to success and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
