Internal Communications Manager

About the role

Syensqo is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to shape and deliver impactful communications that support business transformation, organizational change, and employee engagement across a global, multi‑site environment. You will work closely with the Communications Director, HR leadership, and business stakeholders to translate complex initiatives into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for transformation, change, and business initiatives.
• Translate complex business updates into clear, audience‑specific content for shop‑floor, office, remote, and lab employees.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and project teams to align communication with transformation goals and employee needs.
• Plan and coordinate communication roll‑outs across countries, sites, and functions, adapting messages and languages as required.
• Create compelling content such as articles, newsletters, leadership messages, presentations, videos, intranet posts, talking points, and employee stories.
• Ensure all communications reflect Syensqo’s culture, values, and strategic priorities.
• Introduce fresh ideas, digital tools, and creative formats to boost employee engagement and storytelling.
• Monitor internal communication trends and recommend innovative approaches to improve employee experience.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior communications professional with a strong background in internal communications.
• Proven ability to execute communication plans in an international matrix organization.
