Marketing Manager – Brand & Growth Lead

About the role

The Marketing Manager owns Portugal Active's brand and growth engine end‑to‑end, acting as a true 360° operator. You will bridge brand positioning, content creation, campaigns and demand generation, driving visibility, conversion and a consistent experience across the whole customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals.
• Own social media, content creation and brand consistency across all channels.
• Run campaigns from concept through performance analysis.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation to support the sales pipeline.
• Track KPIs and report performance to leadership with data‑driven insight.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning.
• Coordinate photography, events and partnerships that elevate the brand.
• Support sales with collateral, presentations and lead generation.
• Map and optimise the customer journey across every touch‑point.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, travel or tourism e‑commerce.
• Proven expertise in social media, campaign management and digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of CRM and analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate marketing activities into bookings and revenue.
• Fast, autonomous, precise, low‑ego and hands‑on attitude.
• International experience and a passion for gastronomy.
