About the role
Join a global leader in adhesives as an Inside Sales Account Manager focused on French‑speaking customers. You will own a defined sales territory, nurture existing accounts and drive new‑business growth by understanding customer needs and positioning the company’s technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls and log all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve targets for customer meetings and sales revenue.
- Manage and expand business within existing accounts while prospecting new opportunities.
- Provide professional representation and service to ensure customers view the company as a trusted partner.
- Engage in technical discussions to uncover requirements and propose appropriate products.
- Identify decision‑makers, influence stakeholders and close deals using tools such as LinkedIn, cold‑calling and market research.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the industrial chemical or adhesives sector.
- Fluent in English and French with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, organized and data‑driven.
- Proven track record of influencing and closing sales at multiple organizational levels.
