HR Employee Data Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon and become the first point of contact for employees and managers across multiple countries. You will use your French language skills to support HR operations for France, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality employee experience every day.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the friendly first point of contact for all HR‑related inquiries.
• Guide new joiners from offer letter through their first day and beyond.
• Maintain HR systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and quality.
• Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and documents that simplify employee interactions.
• Participate in HR projects and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Management or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Fluent French – essential for supporting French HR operations.
• Excellent communication skills, detail‑oriented and able to bring structure.
• Comfortable working with people from diverse cultures.
• Proactive, adaptable and solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms (preferred).
