HR Controller (m/f/d)

About the role

As an HR Controller you will join a leading multinational logistics company strengthening its HR function in Portugal. You will work closely with the HR team to provide analytical and operational support that drives informed management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR reporting, FTE analysis and compensation dashboards.
• Support budget follow‑up, monthly closing activities and financial reconciliation.
• Assist payroll processes, liaise with external providers and ensure accurate data flow.
• Manage HR systems, contribute to process improvements and oversee the transition between HR and payroll tools.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with analytical, reporting or administrative exposure.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and a strong interest in numbers and data analysis.
• Mandatory experience with payroll processing.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
